Remanufacturing Process

Paint Booth
We start with previously owned metal workstation components such as: shelves, pedestals, panel rails, top caps, connectors and gripper feet. Once inspected for quality condition, the metal components are sent through a cleaning and renewal process and then into our paint booth where they receive a two part epoxy paint coating. The end result is a product virtually indistinguishable from new.
Upholstery Shop
Panel orders are filled from our extensive inventory, original fabric is removed and new fabric is applied. First the fabric is cut to size and then secured to the panel by a pressure fit retention spline. As there is no glue used in this process, there are no emission odours or “off-gassing” by-products. Environmentally conscious customers may also choose from a vast selection of recycled fabrics. .jpg)
Woodworking Shop
Meanwhile, our designers have prepared worksurface drawings that are programmed into our CNC machine. (Computer Numerical Control) The drawings tell the CNC what type and how many worksurfaces it will cut. Once the programming is complete, the cutting and routing operation begins, T-mold is applied and new worksurfaces are produced.
Finishing Touches
Tack boards and flipper door fronts are covered with new fabric to complement the panel fabric. Every workstation gets CSA UL approved electrical components that work efficiently and reliably with today’s technology. Put them all together and you get contemporary “like new” office workstations for much less than the cost of new. No matter what size business you have, saving money always makes good sense.
Our Pledge
We are so confident in our remanufactured workstations that we offer a full lifetime warranty covering all parts and labour.
